Taurus TX 9 Compact OD Green/Black 9mm 4" 15-Round Pistol

Taurus TX9 Compact Features The Taurus TX9 Compact runs on a striker fired single action only trigger system paired with the Taurus Modular System a serialized chassis that lets the frame size be swapped between full size compact and subcompact configurations. The T.O.R.O. optics ready slide accepts common red dot footprints right out of the box while the drift adjustable rear sight and removable front sight give the shooter a reliable backup sighting setup that stays dialed in under recoil. An ambidextrous slide release and reversible magazine catch accommodate both left and right handed shooters without requiring any aftermarket parts. Built from alloy steel with a durable nitride finish on the slide and a polymer frame reinforced with a Picatinny rail the TX9 is engineered to meet military and law enforcement testing standards. Four interchangeable backstraps let shooters fine tune the grip circumference and trigger reach to their hand size improving control and shot to shot recovery in a compact platform. The frame mounted Picatinny rail accepts weapon lights and lasers for low light encounters rounding out the pistol as a genuine duty ready carry gun. Two 15-round magazines ship standard giving the shooter a spare on hand without needing to buy additional mags separately. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and a U.S.-based service center the Taurus TX9 Compact in 9mm is a dependable option for concealed carry home defense or duty use.
