TCS .22 Cal 5/16-27 Patch Jag

Glock 44 pistols feature exceptionally tight bores. It is advised not to use this jag with Glock 44 pistols; instead, utilize the J20 RP Jag. Our .22 caliber patch jag is specifically engineered for cleaning .22 Cal barrels, including, but not limited to, .22LR, .22 Magnum, .22 Hornet, .222 Cal, .223 Cal and .22-250. These patch jags apply a patch treated with solvent or bore paste against the barrel and into the rifling to mechanically remove carbon, plastic and copper from the bore. For demonstration purposes, we used this patch without solvent and pushed it through the barrel once. As evidenced, these jags outperform any other jag available on the market. The proof is on the patch. In addition to cleaning, our jags are also employed for oiling the bore for storage and removing oil before firing. Our rifle jags are compatible with all rods featuring standard 8x32 threads. Due to the very tight fit of this jag in most .22 Cal bores, it is crucial to ensure the patch is centered on the bore. An off-center patch may cause the jag to bend or break. Therefore, a bore guide should be used in any bolt-action or AR-15 style rifle. We also recommend purchasing USP bore paste and round TCS patches for .22 rifles. TCS patches are ideally sized for our jags, while other patches may cause fitting issues.
