Thompson Center Encore ProHunter Complete Lower Walnut

Thompson Center Encore ProHunter Complete Lower Features The Thompson Center Arms Encore ProHunter frame is the foundation of one of the most versatile hunting platforms on the market built around a single shot break-open design that lets the shooter interchange barrels across a wide range of centerfire calibers shotgun gauges and muzzleloader options. Removing a single hinge pin allows the barrel and forend to be swapped out letting one frame cover multiple hunting seasons and applications with separately purchased barrels. The trigger sear and firing pin bushing all carry a nitride coating a treatment that improves wear resistance and helps the action function smoothly over years of use. A swing hammer design offsets the hammer for easier access particularly useful when the frame is paired with certain optic setups. Finished in blued steel and paired with a walnut stock the Encore ProHunter frame carries a traditional look that fits its role as a long-serving hunting platform. An automatic hammer block safety adds a layer of protection to the single shot design. Because this listing is the frame only an FFL transfer is required and barrels must be ordered separately to complete the build. For hunters who want the flexibility of a single platform that adapts across calibers and seasons the Thompson Center Arms Encore ProHunter frame is a proven starting point.
