Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Tactical 338 ARC 16" Threaded 1-Round Single Shot Rifle

Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Tactical Features The Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Tactical uses a single shot break-open design that allows the shooter to interchange barrels across a wide range of chamberings without buying a whole new rifle. The external hammer firing system and hammer block safety provide a reliable straightforward ignition system that hunters have trusted for years. A trigger adjustable for overtravel gives shooters a crisper more consistent break tailored to their preference. The 16 barrel is drilled and tapped for scope mounting giving shooters flexibility to add glass suited to their hunting application. The stainless steel frame is finished in matte black Cerakote for corrosion resistance and a low-glare tactical appearance in the field. A black rubber recoil pad on the Flextech stock helps absorb felt recoil from the .338 ARC chambering and the threaded 11/16x24 muzzle accepts a suppressor for hunters who want reduced report on follow-up shots. A cable trigger lock ships with the rifle for secure storage between hunts. This is a purpose-built single shot platform for hunters who want caliber flexibility without sacrificing accuracy or reliability.
