The Timney Competition Trigger Small Pin is a self-contained, single-stage trigger module for AR-15 rifles with small-pin hammer and trigger pins. It is designed to replace the original fire control group and deliver a smooth, crisp, creep-free pull intended to feel closer to a bolt-action trigger than a typical combat rifle trigger.

The module is a drop-in unit with all components captive in a lightweight aluminum alloy housing, so no gunsmithing, fitting, or adjustment is required. The hammer is wire-EDM machined from S7 tool steel, and the remaining components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel and heat treated to Rc 56-60. The trigger uses the rifle's original hammer and trigger pins, and the design is intended to prevent pin walkout. This model is listed with a 3 lb pull weight and a standard solid trigger shoe.
