Description
The Timney Alpha Competition is a drop-in trigger assembly for Glock Gen 3 and Gen 4 pistols, including the 17, 19, 22, 23 and 34 models. It is designed for competition shooters who want a lighter, more consistent striker-fired trigger pull.
The trigger has a rated pull weight of 3 lbs, a straight/flat trigger bow, and a right-hand configuration. Its trigger bar and sear are coated with Teflon nickel (NP3) to reduce friction. The anodized purple finish is a color option for this model.
The trigger is installed without a gunsmith and uses the pistol's stock Glock parts and springs. The manufacturer reports a 10,000-round test with no malfunctions.
