Tipton Deluxe 1-Piece Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod 22-26 Cal 40" 8-32

The Tipton Deluxe 1-Piece Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod is a solid one-piece rod for cleaning firearm bores in the .22 to .26 caliber range, including 22 LR, 6mm, 6.5mm and 25 ACP. Its carbon fiber shaft is built to avoid scratching the bore like stainless steel and to avoid trapping abrasive particles the way coated rods can.

The rod measures 40 inches overall and uses an 8-32 thread pitch for attaching jags, brushes and patch holders. Carbon fiber can bend to a sharp angle and return to its original straightness, which the retailer describes as a useful property for bore cleaning work.

Because the rod is a single piece, there are no joints to loosen or misalign during cleaning. It should be paired with bore accessories that use the same 8-32 thread.
