Our Wiri Wiri Pepper Hot Sauce is Made with our Caribbean Wiri Wiri pepper plant from Guiana and has a Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) heat rating of 100,000-350,000, the caribbean herb Culantro, Ajicito peppers, Cubanelle peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Distilled Filtered Water, Cayenne Peppers, and a special Handcrafted seasoned hot pepper mixture infused with wiri wiri peppers pureed in the sauce.
