Description
The TriggerTech Special is a single-stage drop-in replacement trigger for Remington 700 rifles and compatible clones. It is a right-hand, black PVD-finished unit intended to improve trigger performance on bolt-action rifles without requiring gunsmithing beyond installation.
Pull weight is adjustable from 1.0 to 3.5 pounds in 1-ounce increments using an externally accessible set screw. The trigger uses a zero-creep break with short overtravel. Its internal components are hardened 440C stainless steel, and the housing is 7075-T6 aluminum. The Special model is an upgrade over the Primary model, with additional hand refinements.
