Description
The Trijicon ACOG ECOS is a dual-sighting system combining a 4x32mm ACOG riflescope with a Ruggedized Miniature Reflex (RMR) Type 2 red dot, mounted together on one platform for use on AR-15 rifles. It is intended for both close-quarter and longer-range shooting, with the shooter choosing between the magnified optic and the red dot as conditions require.
The ACOG uses an illuminated green crosshair reticle with BDC (bullet drop compensation) marks calibrated for .223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO. The RMR Type 2 is an LED sight powered by a standard CR2032 battery. Both optics are housed in forged aluminum with a Cerakote Flat Dark Earth finish. The unit weighs 15 oz and measures 6.2 inches overall, and it attaches with a Trijicon Quick Release mount.
