Description
The Trijicon HD XR Night Sight Set is a pair of iron sights for Smith & Wesson M&P pistols chambered in 9mm Luger and .40 S&W, including the SD9 VE and SD40 VE models. It uses a 3-dot tritium night sight design intended to help shooters identify targets and aim in low light.
The front sight has a green tritium lamp with an orange outline, and the rear sight has a green tritium lamp. The sights are steel with a matte finish. The front post is thinner than on the standard HD night sights, which widens the field of view through the sight picture. The rear sight has a U-notch and the set includes protective aluminum cylinders, a sapphire window and a silicone rubber cushion.
The set does not include the set screw.
