Description
The Umarex Gauntlet 2 SL25 is a precharged pneumatic (PCP) air rifle in .25 caliber, built for shooting pellets at targets downrange. It uses an 8-round auto-indexing rotary magazine and a side lever action, with a flat dark earth all-weather stock and a matte finish.
The rifle has a 28.5-inch barrel and is rated at about 980 feet per second with a 25-grain pellet, producing roughly 55 foot-pounds of energy. A combination dovetail/Picatinny scope rail accepts the optic of your choice.
To fire it you need a high-pressure air source rated to about 4,500 psi, such as a dedicated airgun compressor, a carbon fiber tank, or a high-pressure hand pump.
