Description
The Umarex Legends M1A1 is a full-auto CO2 air rifle that replicates the M1A1 Thompson submachine gun, a design widely known as the Chicago Typewriter. It is intended for recreational plinking and training-style shooting with steel BB ammunition.
The rifle has a 12-inch barrel, an overall length of 31.75 inches, and weighs 7.75 pounds. It fires .177 caliber BB projectiles at a listed muzzle velocity of 435 fps. The action is open-bolt blowback, and the frame is metal with a wood stock and grip.
The 30-round magazine houses two 12-gram CO2 cartridges and is drop-free. The rifle includes sling mounts for a historical-style sling.
