Uncle Mike's QD SS Swivel 1" Nickel 1093-2 The Tri-Lock represents another advance in QD Quick Detachable Swivel design by Michaels of Oregon Co. Building upon the closed link of the original QD Swivel and the patented SwivelLock of the Super Swivel we have now added a third locking mechanism to offer even more security against accidental opening. This new design stops the metal swivel body from contacting the gun itself.This will help prevent marring of wood stocks and further reduce noise transmission in synthetic designs. Additionally the close machining tolerances on the Tri-Lock Swivel provide for unencumbered movement with silent operation. SWIVEL LOOP SIZES All QD Super Swivel sets are available with 1-inch loops and some with 11/4-inch loops to accommodate most popular slings. If the swivels you need are not available in a 11/4-inch set you can select Set No. 1403 QD SS BL (swivels only) in 11/4-inch size. A plunger with a knurled sleeve that functions as both a lock and swivel release is the key to SwivelLock. When open the plunger operates against an internal spring to open the gate and release the swivel. Twist the sleeve to the closed position and it locks the plunger to provide added security against accidental opening.
