This Underwood U.S. Carbine .30 M1 Carbine is in very good condition for its age. SN 1409260 This gun has an Underwood receiver, Underwood barrel dated 4-43, Underwood flat bolt, and GHD, UHF with crossed cannons cartouche on the right stock. The metal does not have any surface rust or pitting. The stock shows normal wear for a gun this old and an inch long crack near the back screw tang on the receiver. It comes with a 15 round magazine. You don't see very many Underwood receivers. Very nice addition to any collection at a fair price.
