Description
The Warne Maxima 1-Piece Steel is a scope base designed to mount an optic on a Browning BAR semi-automatic rifle. It uses the Weaver mounting pattern, a common standard for attaching scopes and other accessories.
The base is made of steel with a matte black finish. Its low profile allows iron sights to remain usable when the optic is removed. Each base includes a full-width recoil slot that gives the recoil key a broad bearing surface.
Mounting hardware is included. The bases attach with Torx-style T-15 socket cap screws, and the manufacturer recommends tightening them to 25 in/lb of torque.
