Description
The Warne QD X-SKEL is a one-piece cantilever scope mount for AR-15 and other MSR-platform rifles with a Picatinny rail. Its dual quick detach levers allow the scope to be installed and removed without tools, and the mount is built to return to zero after removal.
The mount is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum in a Flat Dark Earth finish. The skeletonized body and caps reduce weight, and the extended design provides over 2 inches of forward cantilever for additional eye relief. Steel threaded inserts with #8 Torx style fasteners are used at all threaded interfaces to resist stripping. The mount places the optic at MSR Ideal Height to support a consistent cheek weld on flat-top rifles.
