Description
The Warne Tactical 1-Piece Picatinny base is a scope base for the Remington 700 short action bolt-action rifle. It attaches a Picatinny or Weaver-style scope rail to the receiver so a scope can be mounted on the rifle.
The base is machined from solid steel with a matte black finish. Its 20 MOA of built-in elevation is intended to help compensate for significant bullet drop at long range, which the retailer describes as past 1000 yards. The cross-cut Weaver-style slots are described as able to handle heavy magnum recoil.
This base fits Remington 700 short action receivers only. Mounting hardware is included with the purchase.
