Description
The Warne Vapor 1-Piece Picatinny scope base is a single-piece aluminum mount for attaching a scope to a Savage Axis or Axis II rifle. It is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and has a matte black finish with a 0 MOA (flat-top) profile, which keeps the scope's optical axis level with the bore.
The base uses a Picatinny/Weaver rail interface and fastens with 8-40 screws, the thread pitch that Savage Axis and Axis II bases use. Savage 93 bases use 6-48 screws and the Savage 110 uses 6-40 and 8-40 screws, so confirm the screw size for your receiver before installing.
