When hands are sweaty, greasy, tired, cold or if there's arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, Scalarworks LEAP Mount knobs can be difficult to turn, particularly when trying to remove a mount (such as a 3X magnifier from behind a red dot sight). Also, a mount can be snugged down a click beyond hand-tight for extra security if desired. It's small enough to hang on a lanyard (not included) and doesn't damage your mount's finish. It quickly indexes to the center of the dial and the rounded-end polished stainless-steel pins engage the knob's serrations.
