WEATHERBY MARK V 6.5MM CREEDMOOR

Excellent lightweight rifle if you need precision that can be carried long distance. Relatively short barrel leaves room for a suppressor without becoming too unwieldy. Chambered in the flat shooting 6.5 Creedmoor, this rifle is perfect for backcountry hunts or precision shooting. The steel is finished in Cerakote, with a carbon fiber wrapped barrel in a fiberglass montecarlo style stock with a "sponge pattern" finish. Aside from some very minor handling marks this rifle is in like new condition. Using a 416R stainless steel match barrel roll-wrapped with a carbon fiber sleeve loaded under tension to create strength and reduce overall weight. 95% of the carbon fiber does not touch the barrel allowing air to foil around the steel and rapidly cool the barrel, adding rigidity and reducing overall weight. This creates an incredibly strong barrel that dissipates heat very well and provides consistent accuracy with high shot counts. The 5/824 threaded barrel accepts a muzzle brake or suppressor to increase your shooting experience. If you are looking for a combination of breakthrough rifle performance and rugged reliability this rifle should already be in your gun safe!
