Weatherby ~ Orion D'Italia ~ 20 gauge

Weatherby Orion D'Italia side by side in 20 gauge, 3" chambers, with a 2009 Italian proof-date code [CD]. A silver-colored receiver with extensive floral scroll engraving and game-bird scenes, complemented by finely checkered walnut furniture and deep blue 26" barrels with interchangeable chokes. Currently installed are Full in the left and Imp Mod in the right. Three additonal tubes are included: Imp Cyl, Mod, and Skeet, and there's also a choke wrench. It has a single gold-toned trigger, non-selective tang mounted safety, a pistol grip stock and pushbutton forearm release. The serial number on the forearm matches the receiver. The butt stock is fitted with a rubber recoil pad with black spacer. There is no logo on the pad. This gun is in excellent shape, estimated at 95-98% with only minimal evidence of handling or use. (PLEASE NOTE: there are some reflections from our photography lights that may appear as scrapes or dings on the wood, but they are not.) This came to us from a meticulously-maintained private collection and is one of the nicest examples of this model we have ever seen. The bores are clean and bright, the action locks up tight, and it disassembles and goes back together easily. Also included in the numbers matching factory box are the owner's manual and a cable lock.
