Description
The Weatherby 307 Range XP 2.0 is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC, built for precision shooting and hunting. It has a steel receiver, a polymer stock with a vertical grip, and a graphite black finish. The bolt is designed for tool-less disassembly and uses an M16-style extractor for positive extraction and reliable ejection. The trigger is an externally adjustable TriggerTech Field unit.
The rifle has a 22-inch threaded barrel, an overall length of 41.75 inches, and a weight of 7.5 pounds. It ships without sights, so an optic or iron sights must be added. The stock has an adjustable cheekpiece and adjustable length of pull, with textured touch points and dual front swivel studs for accessories.
The rifle accepts a Magpul removable magazine with a 5-round capacity and is compatible with AICS-pattern magazines. The 7mm PRC version ships with a metal MDT magazine.
