Description
The Weatherby Element 2 Compact Upland is a right-hand semi-automatic 20 gauge shotgun built for upland bird hunting. It uses Weatherby's inertia reloading system, which cycles the action from recoil energy and does not rely on gas ports or seals.
The shotgun has a 24-inch chrome-lined steel vent rib barrel threaded for Crio Plus chokes, with a fiber optic front sight and a matte black finish. The receiver is competition-cut to reduce weight, and the overall length is 44.75 inches. The 20 gauge chamber accepts 3-inch shells, and the magazine holds 2 rounds. The walnut stock has a 14.63-inch length of pull, 1-5/8 inch drop at the comb and 2-1/4 inch drop at the heel, and has adjustable shims for drop and cast.
The package includes three Crio Plus chokes. The tool-less recoil spring allows disassembly in the field without extra tools.
