Description
These Weaver detachable top mount extension rings are scope rings for mounting a 1 inch scope tube to a Weaver-style rail. They are built from aluminum with a matte black finish and are designed to be removed and reinstalled so the scope can be taken off and put back on the same base.
The rings use wide top steel caps and thumb nuts for tool-free loosening. According to the retailer, loosening the thumb nuts allows a return to iron sights in seconds, and reinstalling the rings with the thumb nuts retightened places the scope close to its previous zero. Mounting hardware is included.
