Westley Richards ~ Side x Side Shotgun ~ 12 Gauge Made 1898

Hello, today we offer up a classic English double... A Westley Richard chambered in 12 Gauge WITH 2 1/2" CHAMBERS!! Gone was made somewhere in 1898 and has Nitro Proof marks for 1 1/8 ounce loads with Smokeless powder---I WILL AGAIN MENTION IT HAS 2 1/2" CHAMBERS! 2 3/4" common shells of today would be a big no-no to fire in this gun, It has been shot and carried and loved but is in good shape for the age and mechanically locks up nice. We do not know when, where or why---but the gun has recent import marks on the bottom side stamped into the rib in between the barrels. Interested?
