The barrel is cut to exact specifications of most 1911 handguns made by Colt, Springfield Armory and Kimber. With some handguns, minor removal of some material may be required. This is a 5" stainless steel barrel for Government-style handguns in 45 ACP. Note: Due to variations in pistol dimensions, installation in some pistols may require very minor material removal
