Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather SS 6.5 Creedmoor 22" 5-Round Bolt Action Rifle

Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather SS Features The Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather SS is built around a 22 inch free-floating fluted matte stainless steel barrel with a 1:8 twist rate and recessed target crown chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor manufactured in the same factory as U.S. military rifle and machine gun barrels delivering a stiffer barrel profile without excessive weight and expected 1 MOA accuracy with quality optics and premium ammunition. The Pre-64 claw extractor with Controlled Round Feeding allows cartridges to be withdrawn from the chamber at any point after leaving the magazine and the M.O.A. Trigger System delivers a crisp consistent pull across big game hunting and field applications. The Bell and Carlson aluminum-bedded composite stock with sculpted cheekpiece ensures proper eye-to-scope alignment from any shooting position and the Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad manages felt recoil through high-performance 6.5 Creedmoor loads. Stainless steel sling swivel studs and all-stainless major components keep the Model 70 Extreme Weather SS performing in tough field conditions year after year.
