Winchester (Japan) ~ 1892 ~ Engraved ~ 45 Colt

Winchester Model 1892 high grade engraved with gold inlaid rifle chambered in 45 Long Colt. These rifles were made by Winchester/Miroku in the 1990s. This example has a 24" barrel with a front dovetailed beaded blade sight and an adjustable elevator buckhorn rear. The stock set is a two piece highly figured walnut straight stock with a metal caped forearm. Both stocks have sharp checkering, and the butt stock has a crescent butt plate. The right side of the receiver is engraved with an oak leaf motif with a gold pronghorn antelope and gold inlay borders. The left side shows a gold white tail deer buck and doe with oak leaf engraving and gold border inlays. Serial NTH0011. This gun appears unused, but does show a few light storage marks. Doesn't include a box.
