Description
A beautiful American relic from a bygone era, the Winchester 1885 Low Wall was a falling-block action single-shot rifle that was offered in various different calibers, and was produced from 1885-1920 respectively. Designed by legendary gunsmith John Moses Browning, these rifles ruled the American frontier as a premium sporting and hunting rifle, built to withstand rough use and a lifetime of putting dinner on the table. This fine model was produced in the late 1890s, and was built with a 26" octagonal barrel and buckhorn style iron sights. This rifle has been excellently preserved with natural patina to the metal, and the wood furniture still maintaining its original varnish without any cracks or splits. The rifle is chambered for .32 Long rimfire.
