Winchester M855 SS109 5.56x45mm NATO 62gr Full Metal Jacket 20 Rounds

Winchester M855 SS109 is a 5.56x45mm NATO full metal jacket cartridge loaded to NATO specifications, intended for rifles chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. The 62-grain bullet has a steel core and a green penetrating tip, and the brass case is reloadable.

Muzzle velocity is listed at 3060 fps. The round runs at higher pressures than .223 Remington, so the manufacturer does not recommend firing it in a .223 Remington chamber, even though the cartridge physically fits. It is not intended for commercial bolt-action rifles chambered in .223 Remington.

Each box holds 20 rounds, and cases of this item contain 50 boxes.
