The Winchester Model 43 in .218 Bee is a compact bolt-action rifle produced between 1948 and 1953, designed for small-game hunting and vermin with low recoil and effective accuracy up to 200250 yards. It features a detachable magazine and a lightweight design, with roughly 70,000 units made in various calibers. This rifle has serial number 3444 which puts its production as one of the first in 1948.
