The single reed single-tension tube is voiced for incredible crow calling ability. Each call is made by hand tuned on a state-of-the-art German computer and hand assembled. The surface of each call is then sanded and vibrated (polished) sanded on a mandrel with an ultra fine grit and hand polished. No machined parts are used in any Woodhaven Calls product. The wood is sourced from domestic softwoods. All Woodhaven calls are glued and clamped with twin brass bands. The internal ridges are then lined with finer calico synthetic material. The reeds are made from German birch plywood. The sound chambers are then lined with sounding boards to further enhance the crow sounds. A reed exchanger is included with the Real Crow. This will keep the real crow sounds coming from the input of your hand rather than an external device.
