Wusthof Classic Ikon 3.5" Paring Knife

Small, versatile knife with slim blade and plain edge: this paring knife is the second most important knife to have in the kitchen. The small, narrow blade tapers to a point at the tip and is easy to handle making it the perfect knife to trim and slice and peel small produce such as garlic cloves and herbs. Care Instructions Wash by hand and immediately towel-dry. Avoid using abrasive sponges or leaving your knife soaking in the sink. Safely store your knife using a storage solution. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as metal, glass or hardwoods like bamboo. Regular honing is essential to keep your knife performing at its best. Sharpen as needed using a whetstone, sharpening steel, or hand-held knife sharpener.
