Description
The XS Sight Systems R3D 2.0 Standard Height is a green tritium night sight set for the Magnum Research Desert Eagle in .44 Magnum and .50 AE. It replaces the factory notch-and-post sight system and is intended for use in low-light conditions.
The rear sight has a 0.170 inch wide notch and a serrated surface to reduce glare. Tritium lamps in the rear sight and a green front lamp aid alignment in any lighting. A ledge on the rear sight assists one-handed manipulation, and a black PVC ring around the rear lamps sharpens the sight picture.
Standard height refers to the sight profile offered for this model. Installation uses the Desert Eagle's existing dovetail sight mounts.
