Description
The BRNO Model 22F is a classic, post-World War II European bolt-action sporting rifle manufactured by the Zbrojovka Brno factory in Czechoslovakia. The top of the receiver on this Brno is marked "circled CZ" which is partially block by a dovetail. The left side of the receiver & barrel shank are each marked with a Czech proof and "47" for 1947 date. The left side of the receiver is marked "CESKOSLOVENSKA ZBROJOVKA, A.S., BRNO". The left side of the barrel shank is marked with the serial number "13032" and the top is marked "7x64". The front sight is a beaded blade atop a checkered ramped base. The rear sight is made up of a stationary "U" notched blade "100" with a flip up "U" notched blade "200". The top of the receiver has 2 claw mounts dovetailed into it. These hold an "Optikotechna 4x" scope with a military post reticle. The full length Mannlicher stock is checkered hard wood with a caped pistol grip, Raised cheek piece, and a checkered hard rubber butt plate.
