The 1791 Gunleather PDH Optic Ready is an outside-waistband paddle holster for 1911 pistols, built from vintage brown leather with a matte finish. It is cut for right-hand carry and designed for pistols with 4 to 5 inch barrels.
The paddle mount attaches to the belt's outside without removing the belt, allowing the holster to be put on and taken off quickly. The optics-ready design accommodates pistols fitted with a red dot sight. The holster is listed as size 01.
