Description
The A-Zoom Action Proving Dummy Round is a snap cap designed for 5.7x28mm FN firearms. It is used for dry fire practice, function testing of the action, and teaching safe handling. Inserting a dummy round lets the firearm cycle and the trigger be worked without live ammunition.
Each round is machined from aluminum and finished in a red hard anodized coating, which the product description identifies as supporting smooth cycling. The package contains 5 rounds. The description also notes that snap caps can be stored with the firearm's spring relaxed, which may extend spring life.
Rounds are intended for use only in firearms chambered for 5.7x28mm FN.
