Description
The American Defense AD-68 is a low height quick detach red dot mount for Picatinny rails. It is designed to hold an Aimpoint M68, CompM2, or PRO optic on an AR style rifle and allows the optic to be attached and removed rapidly.
The mount uses a patented QD Auto Lock System that is said to maintain consistent rail engagement and repeatable zero, and it works without proprietary tools. Its low height configuration positions the optic close to the bore. The 30mm ring size supports full size red dot optics, and the rigid construction is intended to hold alignment under recoil. The mount is finished in black.
