American Precision Arms Gen 4 Micro Bastard 5/8x24 6.5mm Nitrided Muzzle Brake

The Gen 4 Micro Bastard in the 5/8×24, 6.5mm nitrided version is a high‑precision muzzle brake built for shooters running 6.5mm class cartridges on barrels with 5/8×24 threading. Its nitrided steel construction provides a durable, corrosion‑resistant finish while keeping profile minimal. The self‑timing lock‑nut design ensures the brake indexes properly without the hassle of shims or crush washers. With the Gen 4 enhancements—refined Bastard port geometry and internal manifold—the brake aims to deliver excellent recoil and muzzle‑rise control in a compact form factor. Ideal for sporter or lightweight hunting barrels where keeping length and weight down matters, this brake offers performance without adding unnecessary bulk.
