Apex Ammunition Dove Stratified L3 12 GA-2.75 #7.5 and #8.5 Shot 1-1/8 oz 25-Rounds

Apex Ammunition Dove Stratified L3 Features The Apex Ammunition Dove Stratified L3 load uses a layered payload of No. 7.5 and No. 8.5 high-antimony lead shot to give dove hunters increased pellet density across a range of shooting distances. The harder rounder L3 lead pellets resist deformation during firing which improves pattern efficiency and helps put more pellets on target compared to standard soft lead shot. Combining two shot sizes in a single load increases the overall pellet count while helping retain energy as range increases giving this shell versatility across close passing shots and longer crossing opportunities. Loaded to 1250 fps in a 12 gauge 2-3/4 inch hull this load delivers consistent velocity shot after shot. Each box carries a 1-1/8 ounce payload of shot loaded over a boxer primer for reliable ignition in a wide range of shotguns. The plastic hull construction stands up to the rigors of a full day in the dove field without failures. Twenty-five rounds per box give hunters enough ammunition for a productive outing without the need to constantly reload between stands. Apex Ammunition built this load specifically for the dove field giving hunters a purpose-built option rather than a generic target or field load repurposed for hunting.
