Hornady Custom 223 Remington 55 Grain FMJ Boat Tail 50 Rounds

Hornady Custom 223 Remington ammunition is loaded with 55 grain full metal jacket boat tail bullets, a common choice for range practice, training and plinking with AR-style and bolt-action rifles chambered in .223 Remington. Each round is hand inspected before packaging, according to the manufacturer.

The load is rated at a muzzle velocity of 3240 fps and a muzzle energy of 1282 ft-lbs. The cases are brass and the bullet is a full metal jacket design. Raw text also lists small game as a game type, though the full metal jacket construction is more typical of range and training use.

Each box holds 50 rounds, and each case contains 10 boxes, for 500 rounds per case.
