Aquamira Frontier Max Backcountry Plus Filter Black/Gray
Specifications
Description
The Aquamira Frontier Max Backcountry Plus is a compact water filtration component for hikers, travelers and emergency kits. Its housing is designed to accept Series IV filter cartridges, so the same unit can be set up for different water conditions, from a quick sip at a stream to filtering a full reservoir.
The unit weighs about 1 oz and comes in black and gray. Quick connect fittings allow it to attach to compatible hydration packs or inline systems, and it works with Aquamira pressurized reservoirs when pressure-assisted filtration is needed. A patented bite valve can be plugged directly into the unit to convert it to a straw filter or gravity-fed system. The filter media includes Miraguard Antimicrobial Technology and the product is made in the USA.
