Winchester VarmintX 223 REM 55gr Poly Rifle Ammo - 40 Rounds

Varmint X is the result of Winchester's decades-long quest for superior performance, and this can be seen in the newest Varmint X Rifle Ammunition. Varmint X is up there with the best of them, a segment of rimfire ammo that Winchester is very proud of. The whole concept behind this ammunition is the use of a polymer "tip" at the front of the bullet, which initiates expansion and causes the bullet to rapidly burst into a multitude of small, explosive fragments. The principle feature of this ammo is Winchester's legendary ballistic program, which has allowed Varmint X to use a very light weight bullet, which makes it very efficient on small game. It also ensures the ammunition has a very thin jacket, which is why it has an extremely rapid fragmentation. Gain the upper hand over small game when you use Varmint X. Make them pay!
