While many manufacturers opt to send these parts for anodizing and then simply assemble them, we take additional steps to guarantee quality. Once the parts return from anodization, they undergo a meticulous assembly process. Each component is placed back into specially produced rail fixtures, where the caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers. This design allows the rings to compress evenly around the optic, ensuring a perfect fit. After assembly, the rings are final-bored in our world-class machining centers, ensuring unparalleled alignment and accuracy. Once removed from the machines, each set of rings is marked using advanced laser technology, uniquely identifying them to match their precision-bored counterparts.
