While many manufacturers typically send these parts for anodizing and then assemble them, we take additional steps to enhance the overall quality. Once the parts return from anodization, they are meticulously assembled and placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom-made spacers, allowing for even compression around the optic and ensuring an optimal fit. After assembly, each set of rings undergoes final boring in our state-of-the-art machining centers, which guarantees unparalleled alignment and precision. Once the machining process is complete, the rings are marked with a laser, uniquely identifying each set to match its precision-bored counterparts.
