Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to precise specifications using custom spacers, which ensure the rings have the optimal contact needed to securely grip the optic. After assembly, the mounts undergo a final boring process in our world-class machining centers, where they are finished in sets.
