Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and secure them in-specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are meticulously torqued to precise specifications over custom spacers, ensuring optimal contact and a secure fit on the optic. Following assembly, the mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, where they are finished in sets. Each mount is subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being carefully packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been crafted to perfection.
