Area 419 Zero M-Series Sizing Die Features The Area 419 Zero M-Series Sizing Die uses a micrometer adjustable headspace and shoulder bump system letting the reloader set shoulder bump in precise repeatable increments rather than guessing with trial and error. A precision ground expander mandrel sizes the case neck for consistent tension and every die ships with a 0.002 inch neck tension mandrel installed with additional increments available through Area 419 s separate mandrel kit. Full length neck to extractor groove sizing with a hydraulic shoulder pressure relief system reduces the sticky bolt feel that often follows a second firing. A spring ejection system clears spent primers automatically as the ram cycles keeping the press moving smoothly. Because this is a 1-1/4 inch die it requires a Hybrid or 1-1/4 inch turret and cannot be run in a standard 7/8 inch press or turret. The included Zero M-Series shell holder is required for use since the larger diameter rim this die is built around will not seat in a standard shellholder. A replaceable steel decap pin and a spare decapping pin in the box keep the die running without downtime from a broken pin.
