The kit s mandrel delivers approximately .002 inches of neck tension in use matching the neck tension produced by the mandrel that comes standard in the complete die. An extra decapping pin is included as well giving reloaders a spare on hand for routine maintenance. Machined from 4140 steel the kit is built to hold up to repeated reloading sessions without losing precision.
